Where does Quick To Connect operate? +
Wasilla and the surrounding Mat-Su Valley, Alaska, starting with the 2026-2027 winter season.
When can I book my first plow? +
The app goes live for the 2026-2027 winter season. Send us a message through the contact page and we will email you the download link the day it opens.
What does it cost? +
Plow jobs start at $59.99. The price rises with the driveway you outline and with the depth of the snow. A light plow at 10,000 sq ft is $199.99, and bigger driveways keep going up, more slowly. Shoveling is $39.99, $49.99, or $59.99 by snow depth, for the walk from the driveway to the front door and the garage. Sanding matches the heavy plow price for that area, and snow depth does not change it. Full rates are on the pricing page.
How fast will someone show up? +
Our target outside an active storm is 30 to 60 minutes from booking to a plow driver in your driveway. During a major storm, we find drivers for jobs in the order they come in, as drivers are free.
What if my driver already has another driveway first? +
You will see where you are in line, like #2 or #3, not next. We do not sell skip-the-line. You can leave the line at no charge, or ask us to find another driver. The hold on your card stays the same while we look.
How are payments handled? +
Through Stripe. We hold the price on your card when you book and charge it only when the job is done. If no driver takes the job, we release the hold. Quick To Connect never sees or stores your card number.
What if a driver damages my property? +
Report a problem in the app within 7 days of the job. We review the location history, before-and-after photos, and the job record. Mailbox, siding, or lawn damage often only shows at melt — look within those 7 days if you can. After the in-app window, email support@quicktoconnect.com. We do not promise an extra filing period until thaw, and we do not offer a property-damage guarantee. Before taking jobs, plow drivers verify their driver's license with an ID check and submit a current auto insurance declarations page. Fleet companies submit a business license number and a $1,000,000 commercial liability certificate.
