Where does Quick To Connect operate? +
Wasilla and the surrounding Mat-Su Valley, Alaska, starting with the 2026-2027 winter season.
When can I book my first plow? +
The app goes live for the 2026-2027 winter season. Send us a message through the contact page and we will email you the download link the day it opens.
What does it cost? +
Plow pricing runs from $45 for a small driveway in light snow, and scales with the size of the property and the depth of the snow. There is a $35 minimum per job and no subscription. Full rates are on the pricing page.
How fast will someone show up? +
Our target outside an active storm is 30 to 60 minutes from booking to a provider in your driveway. During a major storm, jobs are dispatched in the order they come in and against provider availability.
How are payments handled? +
Through Stripe. We authorize your card when you book and charge it after the provider marks the job complete. Tips are optional, charged separately, and go 100% to the provider. Quick To Connect never sees or stores your card number.
What if a provider damages my property? +
Open a dispute in the app. We review the location history, before-and-after photos, and job record, and aim to respond within 48 hours. Providers must submit current license and liability coverage information before taking jobs. Quick To Connect does not offer a property-damage guarantee.
